Photojournalist Flip Schulke's unique, penetrating vision

This archive contains over 200,000 photographs taken by a world-class freelance magazine photojournalist. This very talented, prolific artist painted with light a mural of the world, including major events and everyday life. His view spanned more than four decades and included major assignments on the American Civil Rights Movement, Martin Luther King, Jr., John F. Kennedy, Muhammad Ali, Jacques Cousteau and hundreds of others. Assignments covered a full range from breaking news to features and even included a thirty-five year project documenting the birth, life and death of the Berlin Wall.

Flip Schulke Archives will continue to offer his vision for historians, authors, educators and collectors.
